To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numberyo disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Numberyo and its affiliates from any claims or demands, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
This Agreement remains in effect while you use the service. Either party may terminate at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (e.g., liability, IP rights).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. We are not liable for any resulting loss or damage.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in New Castle County, Delaware, unless otherwise required by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
You are responsible for complying with local laws. Use of the services may be subject to U.S. export restrictions.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the rest shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and any signed DPA, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Numberyo.
